Your experienced backpacking guide will take care of every meal, from lunch on your first day to lunch on your last day. Preparation All of our tours are customized to each individual group's interests and desires. We strongly recommend doing some cardio exercises at least a few times a week prior to your trip so your body will be ready to take on the task at hand. This is where preparation and training is very important so you can maximize the enjoyment and success of your trip.
